Simple ideas are often the best ones. This is a pretty simple idea, add a can of spray-paint under a skateboard. Skate a pool and see what happens.
I really enjoy this kind of stuff, the idea itself makes it seem so effortless. Even though I’m pretty sure it took loads of planning to actually get it to work properly. It’s one of those videos where the idea and executing inspires me more than the actual resulting pattern in the pool. Sure the paint makes a cool pattern, but more importantly: If these guys can get their simple but sweet idea to work, then there shouldn’t be anything stopping me from making my own simple ideas a reality.
