‘Life as I see it‘ is Brooklyn-based photographer Andre D. Wagner’s latest project. I am a huge fan of the way he captures moment without saying much, his photographic style explores the human condition in a raw and anonymous way.
Wagner shoots with a clever and intentional perspective, capturing the lives of people walking and living in this world in a way that leaves them at a distance, but emotionally really close. As he puts it himself, “When we get to the core, all that is left is four edges surrounding the fact, this is me giving you a raw view of what the camera saw”.

Andre will be showing selected work from ‘Life as I see it‘ in Paris on June, 13th. He is part of a Brooklyn themed Block party organised by L’épicerie Collectif. It will be Andre first exhibition in Paris, so for a taste of Brooklyn head to the Block Boat Party at Le Petit Bain on June 13th.
