Meet Nikola, tattoo shop owner, Harley Davidson enthusiast and Taco Truck founder. He and his buddy, Bolle, both worked and lived in the U.S. and loved the tasty street food, especially the rich Mexican variety. However, when they returned home to Stockholm, they where shocked that street food and Mexican food hardly existed.
Nikola and Bolle are passionate about cooking and both have a long history in the restaurant business so decided to introduce the Mexican cuisine and street food in Sweden. Inventing (perhaps) Sweden’s first Mexican food truck.
