Skating seen from a few different angles

Some videos need a bit on context for them to really shine. Others are amazing without any foreknowledge and I reckon this video by Eli Stonberg fits pretty well into the 2nd category.

The skater Aryeh Kraus was fitted with five cameras on his body, one extra under the skateboard and one final one to film the wide shot. Everything was then synced up and through the magic of video editing mashed together into one single video with multiple viewpoints.

It’s skateboarding in a few extra perspectives that you’ve probably not seen before. I know I haven’t seen skating like this before and it’s a surprisingly odd experience watching them all at once. I reckon my favorite view is the one taken from the underside of the skateboard as it just makes everything seem so effortless.
