Everything is a remix is probably my all-time favorite web series. It’s the work of New Yorker Kirby Ferguson, and explains how everything in present time- is a remix of previous stuff. The first two parts mostly focus on music and cinema, while the recently released, part three, takes a broader approach to creativity and what it takes to create something. It carries the argument that contemporary inventions-usually rely on a set of other previous inventors and inventions.
In short, it’s educational (the hottest buzzword I know) and freaking awesome in its presentation. Watch all the parts that are out right now, if you haven’t already. The fourth and final part drops this autumn.
