There is something about the air under your sneaks when you work the concrete. So hard to explain, even harder to feel. But when you feel it..Man! You FEEL it.I’ve alwayshad a soft spot for free runners and parcour artists. They are the essence ofthe urban core if you ask me. Concrete panters, chimeras of motion. They are it.This is myfirst meeting with Mr Frank Sauer. But mark my words, it won’t be the last. A good photographer is always a golden star in my book, I’ve seen far too many crappy docs, to take anything creative for grantedthese days. Luckily for me, Frank knows his business. The portrait of athlete Jason Paul is beatifully arranged and amazingly filmed. I instantly fall head over heels for Jason. I feel him move with every breath; when he moves I move. That is good photography.
I think this movie really manifest’s the worldwide family och parcour and the weightless feeling of their life in a beautiful way. This is, aside from my awesome colleagues, what makes me love my job so much. Urban Art. Learn to love it, live it.
This documentary is about Jason Paul, -“a free runner that tries to find new ways in his daily life to fulfill his inner needs. On his journey to London he
discovers that friendship and companion are essential values in life.-”
